Account agreement:

By creating an account you agree to not violating our Terms of service (TOS), and complying with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of this site. You my use the site to post comments, blog, or post treads that agree with the TOS.

DO NOT POST ANY UNAUTHORIZED NAMES WITHOUT CONSENT. Please do not post any thing that will offend or might cause others harm emotionally or physically. All content is manually reviewed as often as possible any violations will be removed immediately, and the user that posted the content and (or) comment will be emailed requiring an explanation. Repeat offenders will be removed.

Account Removal:

• If you violate our TOS repeated times your account will be made inactive, and your IP/ MAC Address will be recorded
• If you make a new account from the same IP that you used to violate the TOS your IP/ MAC Address will be blocked and you will be unable to access our servers.
• We also reserve the right to delete anyone’s account at any time and for no reason at all.
• We report all offenses that are non-law-abiding to local authorities.

Picture Uploading TOS:

If you upload any pictures to the site you must have all rights to give us these pictures. PLEASE HAVE THE CONSENT OF THE PEOPLE IN THE PICTURES TO BE PLACED ON OUR SITE BEFORE UPLOADING THEM. If the picture(s) are uploaded to our servers we assume you have this consent. PLEASE NO NUDITY OR OFFENSIVE PICTURES OF ANY TYPE: any pictures in this category will be deleted and repeat offenders are subject to account suspension/ removal. Any pictures given to us through our uploads or any other means is transferred into our ownership and we reserve the right to post or place this picture anywhere on the site.
